Remarks

Infusion rate should be adjusted according to haemodynamic and clinical response. Dosage should be titrated to the maximum haemodynamic effect and should not exceed 1.13 mg/kg/day. Please refer to product leaflet for dosage adjustment in renally impaired patients. Do not administer through same IV line as frusemide or torsemide, as precipitate will form.
